Caffe Milano in Miami Beach

The food was fabulous!The service SUCKED! We eat out all the time and are usually lucky with both food and service. The waiter where we originally got seated was scarce so we asked to be seated in another area. The second waiter was initially good, but then he stuck us back with the original waiter. The service was awful. Boo.

Cuban sandwich was delicious my virgin strawberry daquirey was the best slush everWent back a second visit later the same day my friend took her hookah we ate wings and played dominos until they closed

The food was outstanding!!! My server was amazing. She grabbed me off the street took great care of me and my friends. The drinks were as big as my head! The live music and dancing was phenomenal and fun! I had the best time. I’ll definitely go back again! 💖

This place screams South Beach. It sits right on South Beach strip. I went for the seafood and they did not disappoint. Now I spent $200 for 2 entrees and 2 drinks so yes it is pricey when it comes to the seafood, but it was worth it because the taste was everything. I definitely recommend and can't wait to visit again

The food looked very pleasing but did not taste great. There were hardly any flavors. If you choose to chill on ocean drive, pick a restaurant which is known for a great taste, as you would end up paying 20% service charge along with the overpriced food. These guys are smart, they’ll mostly not show you the bill unless you ask for it. The bruschettas were soggy and tasteless, the pasta was bland, the chicken wings however were fine!

Loved everything about this place, the food, the atmosphere, the drinks. Everyone was on point, especially our amazing waiter. Will definitely come back again

Really nice place right next to the beach at ocean drive. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was actually good. Reasonable prices for Miami. Nice decoration.

We visited over New Year's, so Ocean Drive was closed and there was extra outdoor seating as well as live flamenco dancing. The atmosphere was exactly what you want from a night out on Ocean Drive. The frozen drinks are oversized and happily they do not skimp on the alcohol. Our only complaint was with the inconsistent quality of the food - the sea bass was excellent but the mahi mahi was so overcooked it might have been chicken. For Ocean Drive, the prices are fair, and they seemed to be running a 2 for 1 drink special every night.

Cappuccinos and really good seafood. Little more high end/ expensive than nearby restaurants. Perfect place to sit outside and people watch the streets of Miami!

Beautiful place to eat and chill. Loved it ! Went there the 2 days we spent with hubby anniversary 17 yrs❤️Props to Richard waiter/host loved u ❤️🙏🏼 All the best to him and our actual host didn’t capture the name but still the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a great time here with my friends. Food was great and the service we got by their waitress Lucila was excellent! We didn’t know much about what to get from the menu and Lucila gave us the best recommendations and they were just great . Truly a great experience, definitely coming back .

Great chicken almaton, Italian food is very great. The desserts are awesome too. People are extremely friendly! That's my second time to go there.. I would like to say thank you to the Chef kitchen the food was very good.

I’m a local and I go to Milano very often, one of my favorite places to have lunch on ocean drive. I went with a friend of mine on the first of January . We loved the atmosphere, Yuri our server and the manager Sebastian took care of us with excellent costumer service. The food was delicious, their pasta is to die for. I’ll be back soon.

That’s definitely one of the best places on ocean drive! I ordered a salad with salmon and my friend lamb chops, both dishes were delicious, also we ordered 2 mojitos on happy hour, buy one get one free, 2 for $25, honestly I don’t know how people can complain about prices, in my opinion it’s a great price for a place which is so much fun, warm, and full of history... our waitress was Amazing, we received a really great service! We even tipped her some extra tips even that service was already included in the price! We will definitely come back again!

Not worth the 1 star based on customer services and the lies they sell you on just to get you to eat there! Was offered 20% off and free shots didn’t receive that until I asked about it and they had to go ask a manager. Don’t offer things you cannot provide. The food wasn’t the best. Sort of bland. I did enjoy the live music and the woman dancing around. I just really don’t appreciate being lied to. Also, they charged $25 for a blue moon in a glass because they ran out of bottles which are $9 OPEN AND HONEST COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS IS IMPORTANT!

Guacamole & chips, fries was yummy. Pizza is good too here. Food is good. Service could be better. When we came in host told us that all menu is 30%off (3pm) but when we received our check they didn’t include 30% discount. So basically if you don’t pay attention you will be charged full price when we’re promised to have a discount. It’s rude and disrespectful to the customers. I didn’t like it. Will not come back to place like that. Also was asking for lemon to my water 4 times! Same with a glass for beer. Service should be better!Tips already included to your bill 20%.

Ripoff. Greeter offered food discounts that didn’t exist. They charge an automatic 20% service charge and then asked for additional gratuity. Their quality of service justifies neither. Food is okay. They had live music which was nice. Won’t go again.

Breakfast was amazing. Good deal with the price, tasty breakfast includes coffee or juice. My wife got coffee, I juice and then we shared )) ocean drive all the time is good for breakfast, not only for dinner and dancing. Keep going, duys

Had dinner with my husband in this location, we order a seafood platter for 2 people. Worth every penny! Seafood was fresh and service was incredible. Thank you Yuri for your recommendation!

Our waitress was very very nice. Her name is Medarly❤️The environment was beautiful and the food was amazing 🤤 Lots of good drinks by the way! Definitely coming back with more friends

My wife and friends had a wonderful experience at Caffe Milano. The food was excellent and the drinks.....wow! If you're lucky enough to be there for 2 for 1 Happy Hour, the drinks were HUGE so be careful. Our waiter was Santo and he was one of the best waiters any of us had ever had. My wife asked for extra lime so he went and cut up an entire lime and brought it to her displayed as slices around a little glass......such detail.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. While eating literally a roach started walking on the table. Management stated that it was out of their control and the only thing could do was “take a drink off the bill.” Are you kidding??? Where is the cleanliness and sanitation of this place?? Not only that the employees are shaking hands and 100% not following the mandated guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19. Local authorities should definitely look into this place.
